Paida: Slap at one body part or acupoint (see pictures) for several minutes up to over 30 minutes, depending on severity of the problem.

Use your hand(s) to slap heavily at inner elbows and Neiguan acupoint near the wrist (If only one person is on the scene, slap at either arm; if there are two people, slap at both arms), and go on to slap along the entire inner sides of the arms.

Dizziness coupled with cramps
Apart from slapping at inner elbows and Neiguan acupoint, you can slap at top of the feet.

Reminders
1. Paida and Lajin are promoted as self-healing methods, and are not meant for or to substitute medical treatment.
2. You can use PaidaLajin on yourself or for others. When helping others, please ask for their permission BEFORE you do it.
3. Generally speaking, for PaidaLajin, go gradually from soft to heavy. In a very urgent case, use heavy slaps.
4. Painful, numbing, tingling, sore, swelling, itchy, warm or cold sensations can be felt during and after PaidaLajin. Patches of red, purple, blue and/or black can appear at the slapped areas. There can be rashes, burping, farting, dark and stinky urine and faeces. These are good reactions of the healing process, no need to worry.
5. Stay warm and avoid cold and wind during and after PaidaLajin.
6. Many ordinary people, and doctors of Chinese and Western Medicine have personally experienced instant, miraculous effect of Paida in relieving acute problems. In case of an emergency such as those listed above, you don’t have to panic or wait for help, all you need is a pair of hands and a caring heart dedicated to saving yourself or others.
7. This is for your reference only. Decide whether to apply these methods at your own discretion.
